การสัมมนาในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติในการบรรยายโดยอาจารย์ใหญ่ของโรงเรียน St.Martha’s school ที่ตั้งอยู่ใน London ประเทศอังกฤษ Mr.James Sheridan สำเร็จการศึกษาในด้าน BSc, MA ผู้ซึ่งมากด้วยประสบการณ์ในด้านการศึกษาในประเทศอังกฤษมากกว่า 25 ปี ทั้งนี้ยังได้รับตำแหน่งให้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบโรงเรียนอีกด้วย
รูปแบบของการบรรยายในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นให้เข้าใจถึงระบบการศึกษาในประเทศอังกฤษ และการพัฒนาทักษะความสามารถของตัวนักเรียนแต่ละคนเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมเข้าสู่ top UK boarding schools อาทิเช่น Charterhouse, Wycombe Abbey และ Badminton และ top UK universities อาทิเช่น Oxford, Cambridge, LSE และ Imperial เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้สัมมนาจะพูดถึงการดูแลนักเรียนแบบ pastoral care ที่ใส่ใจนักเรียนทุกคนอย่างเข้าถึงเพื่อให้แน่ชัดว่านักเรียนได้พัฒนาศักยภาพ และดึงความมั่นใจของแต่ละบุคคลออกมา เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายในอนาคต
The seminar is given by Mr. James Sheridan BSc ,MA, Headmaster of St Martha’s school which is based in London who has over 25 years experience in UK education. Mr. Sheridan is also a school inspector.
The theme of presentation is how a UK education in an environment which focuses on student’s individual needs can lead to academic excellence and entry to top UK boarding schools such as Charterhouse,Wycombe Abbey and Badminton and top UK universities such as Oxford,Cambridge,LSE and Imperial. This together with outstanding pastoral care ensure that students develop the skills, confidence and, maturity to achieve their goals.
