โครงการทูตเยาวชนนักกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาไทยเป็นโครงการที่มุ่งเสริมสร้างความตระหนักให้เยาวชนไทยเห็นความสำคัญและคุณประโยชน์ขององค์ความรู้ทางทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งในเชิงกฎหมายและการบริหารจัดการ และเพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายนักศึกษาสายนิติศาสตร์ที่มีความสนใจในด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ เพิ่มขึ้น โดยแข่งขันว่าความในศาลจำลองเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ทีมที่ชนะเลิศได้รับถ้วยรางวัลจากประธานศาลฎีกา พร้อมเดินทางไปยังสหราชอาณาจักรเป็นเวลา 2 Week to look at the law firm of intellectual property and work with leading law firm in the United Kingdom.
This project is held under a partnership between the British Council, the Intellectual Property and International Trade Center. (BIOTEC) And True Visions. & McKenzie, Norton Rose, Rouse & Co. International, Siam Premier และ Tilleke & Gibbins
What constitutes a match.
The competition consists of an essay on a given topic, and that the competition is English.
Requirements to participate.
-Studying law at the University in Thailand.
-Age is not over. 28 At the date of application to join the competition. (11 Since May.. 2555)
-Can communicate in English fluently.
- With special attention on the property.
To do.
-Each match. 2 The candidates will be selected in the same team.
-Each team will have to write an essay titled "His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and his altruistic intellectual property for sustainable development". (Not. 1,000 Words)
