ทุนบริติช ชีฟนิ่ง เปิดรับสมัครบุคคลทั่วไป ที่สนใจไปศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโท ณ สหราชอาณาจักร ตั้งแต่บัดนี้ จนถึง 20 มกราคม 2553
บริติช ชีฟนิ่ง เป็นทุนการศึกษาที่โดดเด่นมากที่สุดของรัฐบาลสหราชอาณาจักร มุ่งเน้นการผลิตผู้นำในอนาคต บุคคลผู้ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูง นักคิด และผู้มีวิจารณญาณในการตัดสินใจได้อย่างถูกต้อง โครงการนี้ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดย กระทรวงต่างประเทศของสหราชอาณาจักร (FCO) และอยู่ภายใต้ความดูแลของ บริติช เคานซิล สนับสนุนนักเรียนต่างชาติปีละกว่า 2,000 คนทั่วโลก ไปศึกษาต่อในสหราชอาณาจักร
วัตถุ ประสงค์หลักของทุน บริติช ชีฟนิ่ง ในประเทศไทยคือให้การสนับสนุนและโอกาสแก่ที่ผู้ที่ต้องการศึกษาต่อในระดับ ปริญญาโทในสหราชอาณาจักร เพื่อที่จะได้นำความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการศึกษาในสหราชอาณาจักรกลับมาใช้ในการ พัฒนาประเทศไทยต่อไปในอนาคต ทุนนี้เป็นทุนไม่มีข้อผูกมัดใดๆ
ผู้สนใจสมัครทุนการศึกษาจะต้อง มีผลสอบ IELTS ไม่ต่ำกว่า 6.5 มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี และมีผลการเรียนไม่ต่ำกว่า 3

Chevening Scholarships 2010/2011 application is now open! Application deadline: 20 January 2010
Chevening is the UK Government’s flagship scholarship scheme, aimed at future leaders, high achievers, opinion formers and decision-makers. The programme is funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), represented by the British Embassy in Bangkok and administered worldwide by the British Council. It supports over 2,000 international students annually to study in the UK.
The aim of the British Chevening Scholarship Programme in Thailand is to an opportunity to deserving Thai students and professionals who wish to further their study for a Diploma or Master’s Degrees in the UK. The objective is to encourage new blood high-achievers and dynamic Thai students and professionals to study in the UK, and then return to Thailand to contribute to ongoing and future work in the relevant discipline.
Interested applicants must have IELTS score 6.5 or above, at least 2 year work experience and GPA 3.0 up. Apply ONLY online at https://www.chevening.fco.gov.uk/CheveningApplications/CA_Start.aspx.
