ประกาศเชิญสมัครชิงทุน ในโครงการ Scholarship Program for Foreign Students โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่ได้แอดมิดชั่นแล้ว หรือเพิ่งลงทะเบียนกับมหาวิทยาลัย โดยโปรแกรมนี้ให้ความสำคัญกับผู้สมัครจากทวีปแอฟริกา และประเทศโลกที่สามในทวีปเอเซีย และแปซิฟิก(รวมทั้งไทย)
มีนักศึกษาลงทะเบียนเรียนรวมทั้งสิ้นถึง 50,000 คน ทั่วทุกสาขาของมหาวิทยาลัย
